Acts 2:38-39

'And Peter said to them, Repent [ change from your old way of thinking, turn away from your sins and followJesus the messiah] and be baptized in the name of Jesus, each one of you, because of your forgiveness of sins and be given the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2 :38-39 

Be changed, immersed and given the very presence of God. There is no need to struggle through this life alone. Be filled with all the goodness of God.
