Ephesians 4:11-12 "So Christ himself gave the  apostles, the prophets, the evangelists,the preachers,  and the  teachers, to equip His people for works of service so the body of Christ may be built up."

Jesus puts  us in the place of service that He created for us, so others will be blessed. The bonus is that we are also blessed in the process.
