Jesus 

went all through Galilee and in their synagogues,  preaching the gospel of the Kingdom and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of diseases, among the people. 

Please note the scripture says all, not some, not just the easy, mild cases. Jesus heals every kind of sickness and every kind of diseases. Great and small He heals them all.
