What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired living word of God, a revelation from God to man and is superior to conscience and reason. (II Tim. 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23- 25; Heb. 4:12)

We believe in one, true Godhead, which is comprised of 3 separate and distinct personalities, The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-15, 10-14; Matt. 28:18-20)

We believe Man was created good, but by voluntary transgression, fell, and his only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. (Gen. 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Rom. 3:24; John 3:3)

We believe that by grace we are saved though faith and that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. (Eph. 2:8; Rom. 10:8-10)

We believe in water Baptism, that it should be observed as commanded in the scriptures by all who have truly repented and in their hearts have truly believed on Christ as Savior and Lord. (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; Acts 10:47-48)

We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and that it is made evident by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives utterance and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service. (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:2; 6; 1:8; Gal. 5:16-26)

We believe that God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and that the Church shall not sanction or conduct any marriage between persons of the same gender. (Gen. 2:24)

We believe that homosexuality is a sin, detestable to God, inconsistent with the Christian life and that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality, incest, pedophilia, fornication, adultery and/or pornography are sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex between a man and a woman in marriage. (I Cor. 6:9-10; Leviticus 18:22; Leviticus 20:13)

We believe Jesus is coming again to gather all His Saints to ever be with Him and those who have not accepted Jesus Christ will suffer eternal separation from the Godhead, consigned to the lake of fire, which is the second death. (I Cor. 15:51-52; I Thessalonians. 4:16-17; Rev. 19:20; 20:10-15)

We believe in the Scriptures promise of the return of our Lord Jesus Christ with his Saints from Heaven to rule for one thousand years on Earth and afterwards, there shall be a new heaven and a new earth. (II Thessalonians 1:7; Rev. 19:11-16; 20:1-6; Rev 21
