HEAR IT. LIVE IT.

 James 1:22 NKJV
“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”

It’s possible to hear the Word, agree with the Word, highlight the Word—and still never allow the Word to change the way we live.

God didn’t give us His Word simply to inform us. He gave us His Word to transform us.

The question isn’t only, “What does the Bible say?”
The question is also, “What am I going to do with what God has shown me?”

Sometimes obedience looks big. Other times, it’s incredibly practical.

Forgive the person God has been dealing with you about.
Pray instead of worrying.
Speak life instead of complaining.
Give when God tells you to give.
Take the step you’ve been putting off.

The Word becomes visible in our lives when what we believe begins changing how we live.

TODAY’S CHALLENGE:
Think about something God has recently shown you through His Word. What is one action you can take today to put that Word into practice?

 PRAYER:
Father, thank You for Your Word. Help me not only to hear it, but to live it. Show me the areas where I need to respond in obedience, and give me the courage to put Your Word into action. Let my life demonstrate what I say I believe. In Jesus’ name, amen.
