Where Peace Begins

We spend so much time trying to fix what’s happening around us, but God tells us where peace is really found. In Isaiah 26:3-4, He says,

“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength.”

Perfect peace doesn’t come because life is easy. It comes because our minds are anchored to the One who never changes.

The enemy wants to pull our focus in a hundred different directions, but the Holy Spirit continually points us back to Christ. God has already given us everything we need to guard our eyes, guard our ears, guard our thoughts, and ultimately guard our hearts. We don’t do it in our own strength—we do it through the Spirit who lives within us.

Today, instead of dwelling on everything that’s uncertain, choose to fix your thoughts on the Lord. As your focus changes, your heart will be strengthened, and His perfect peace will begin to guard your life.
