Acts 2:38 

Peter replied," Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

  Turn away from evil, turn to God and receive all that Jesus has for you. First the gift of forgiveness and then the gift of the Spirit of God that comes and lives in you.
