Job 42:10 NLT
When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before!

Job was a man who stood for God when few others would.
Everything looked good from the outside, but when the trials came, it was Job’s relationship with God that sustained him. His faith was not in his situation. His faith was in God.

Job lost possessions. He lost children. He lost health. He lost support. He faced accusations. People questioned his conviction. Yet Job stood because he had a conviction for God.

Faith trusts beyond the trial. Often, we seek someone to blame or demand answers for why, yet faith remains firm and steady in God.

When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored him. That is a man of God who prays even when people have given up on him. That is what faithfulness looks like. It keeps standing. It keeps praying. It keeps believing. It keeps trusting God even when the situation does not make sense.

God honors steadfast faith.

Here’s a challenge for you today: Choose to keep your faith steady in God, even before you see the answer. Pray, trust, and stand firm in Him.
