Go Deeper with Him

James 4:8 NLT
“Come close to God, and God will come close to you.”

Holy Spirit is calling us deeper.

There are three places we may find ourselves. Maybe we need to meet Him for the first time. Maybe we need to reconnect with Him. Or maybe we are connected, but God is calling us to a deeper relationship with Holy Spirit.

That deeper place is not about a church, a ministry, or a pastor. It is about your relationship with Him.

Holy Spirit is closer than a brother. He lives on the inside of you. He cares about your emotions. He cares about your feelings. He ministers to every part of your being, but He is always leading you closer to God and into more freedom.

He does not just comfort us so we can stay the same. He leads us, teaches us, corrects us, and strengthens us so we can walk in what God has called us to do.

There is more in you than you may realize. There are callings, giftings, ideas, business opportunities, ministry opportunities, and miracles that God has placed on the inside of His people.

But the only way we find those things is by the Spirit.

So don’t wait for someone else to pull it out of you. Yield to Holy Spirit. Let Him light the fire in you. Let Him lead you deeper.

Ask God to take you into a deeper relationship with Holy Spirit. Then take time today to listen, yield, and let Him show you the next step He has for you.
