Esther 4:14 NLT
If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?

Mordecai was not Esther’s biological father, but he became a spiritual father in her life. He took her in, helped raise her, and spoke into the purpose God had for her.

Esther did what she did because she had someone in her life who stood in the midst of adversity, believed in her, and helped shape her destiny.

Behind Esther’s courage stood a man who poured godly wisdom into her life.
God wants us to be spiritual mothers and fathers, examples of faith and integrity to the people around us. There are people watching how we stand, how we obey God, and how we keep walking with Him when things are hard.

What you have the ability to do in God is far greater than what you can physically see. Your physical senses and your physical sight will limit you if you only go by what you see, but God’s grace and power can do the miraculous through your life.

Do not limit yourself to what you can see. God can use your faithfulness, your wisdom, your example, and your obedience to help shape someone else’s destiny.

Here’s a challenge for you today: Ask God to help you recognize the people He has placed around you to encourage, strengthen, and point toward Him.
