Key Scripture: Deuteronomy 8:11–18
“Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God…”

Prosperity is not the danger. Forgetfulness is.
In Deuteronomy 8, God warned Israel that when they became full,
prosperous, and successful, the greatest threat would not be poverty
— it would be pride.
Consistency begins with remembrance.
We remain strong not by striving harder, but by remembering rightly.
Every blessing, every open door, every opportunity comes from Him.

Reflection Questions:
1. Have I subtly taken credit for something God gave me the power to
obtain?
2. In what area of my life do I need to intentionally remember the Lord?
3. What is one practical way I can keep gratitude fresh this week?
